✨ SERVICE OVERVIEW This specialized mail-in service is designed for early-generation Mercedes-Benz R129 SL-Class vehicles equipped with the 1996-1997 transponder immobilizer system. If you are in an All Keys Lost scenario or need a spare transponder key programmed directly to your vehicle's security computer, we provide a complete bench programming solution.

Important Mechanical Key Cutting Limitation: Due to the age of these vehicles, factory key codes are no longer available, meaning we cannot originate a mechanical key cut from your VIN. To receive a physically cut key, you must mail in an existing working key for duplication OR mail in one of the vehicle's lock cylinders (such as a door or trunk lock) so we can originate a key manually.

📦 MAIL-IN REQUIREMENTS

To successfully perform this service, we require the following items shipped to our facility:

1. The Immobilizer Module: Carefully removed from the vehicle.

2. Lock Cylinder or Working Key: Because key codes are unavailable, you must include a lock cylinder (door/trunk) or an existing mechanical key if you need the physical blade cut.

4. Proof of Ownership: A copy of your Driver's License and the Vehicle Registration or Title.

Turnaround Time: Please allow 48–72 hours for bench processing and key origination once the package arrives at our facility.
