• 📍 Service Location In-Shop Service Only: The vehicle must be physically present at our shop for programming. We require a direct connection to the vehicle to register the new key data.

• 🗓️ Booking & Pricing Prepayment Required: Discounted rates are reserved exclusively for prepaid online bookings. In-store pricing for walk-ins is subject to change.

• ⚠️ "All Keys Lost" Policy: If you have no working keys, we can still help! Please call us for a custom quote for our specialized mobile All Keys Lost recovery service.

• 📄 Proof of Ownership: A valid Driver's License and Vehicle Registration/Title are mandatory for all Mercedes-Benz programming.
