Key / All Keys Lost Solution: Include an existing working key if available. If you are facing an "All Keys Lost" scenario, you must also mail in your physical door lock cylinder so we can mechanically originate and cut the new emergency key blade.
Mandatory Documentation: Your package must include a clear photocopy of the vehicle owner's valid Driver's License and Vehicle Registration.
Mandatory Authorization: To perform any lock-based cutting or module-based programming, we require a signed copy of our [Authorization Form].
