📦 SERVICE OPTIONS & MAIL-IN REQUIREMENTS Please review the three service types below and mail in the specific items required for your situation:

1. All Keys Lost Scenario (No Working Keys) If you have zero working keys, we must generate a new key from scratch.

• What to send: The Immobilizer Module (located behind the instrument cluster) AND your Driver's Side Door Lock Cylinder.

• Note: We will decode and cut the new key by your provided door lock. If your door lock cylinder was ever replaced in the past and no longer matches your ignition, the newly cut key will open the door but will not turn the ignition.

2. Regular Key Duplication (Non-Remote Transponder Key) If you just need a standard backup key for basic car key duplication in Staten Island, NY.

• What to send: Only your Existing Working Key.

3. Remote Head Key Duplication (Key with Buttons) If you are upgrading or adding a key with remote keyless entry functions.

• What to send: Your Existing Working Key AND the Immobilizer Module. The module is required on our bench to synchronize the new remote frequency.
