📦 MAIL-IN REQUIREMENTS & SERVICE OPTIONS To complete this programming, you must securely package and mail the required components to our facility based on your specific situation:

1. The Ignition Switch Module (EZS) - REQUIRED FOR ALL SERVICES You must remove and send us the primary ignition switch module where you insert the key. We need this module on our bench to extract the security data and authorize the PCF7936 transponder chip.

2. Mechanical Key Cutting (All Keys Lost vs. Duplication)

• All Keys Lost: If you have zero working keys and need the metal blade cut for your new flip key, you must also send us the Driver's Side Door Lock Cylinder. We will mechanically decode it to precision-cut your high-security blade. (Note: If your door lock was ever replaced and does not match the factory ignition, the new key will only operate the lock you provide).

• Routine Duplication: If you are just adding a spare for standard car key duplication in Staten Island, NY, simply send your Existing Working Key along with the EZS module. We will duplicate the metal blade directly from your working key and program the new remote.
