🚨 MAIL-IN REQUIREMENTS
To complete this programming, you must mail the following to our Staten Island shop:
Original EIS Module: (Electronic Ignition Switch).
Existing Working Key: (Even if the car doesn't start, we need the key data).
Proof of Ownership: A clear copy of your Driver's License and Vehicle Registration/Title.
Authorization Form: Please include a signed copy of our Service Authorization Form in your package.
