To complete this service, please bring the following to our Staten Island location:

1. The Vehicle or the EIS Module: (If you have already removed the ignition switch).

2. All Existing Keys: (We need your key data to authorize the emulator).

3. Proof of Ownership: A valid Driver's License and Vehicle Registration/Title.
