📦 MAIL-IN PROCESS & REQUIREMENTS

Step 1: Required Documentation: You must include a copy of your Driver’s License, Vehicle Registration, and a signed Authorization Form in your package. (You can download the Authorization Form from our website or email it to sales@paylesscarkeys.com).
Step 2: Remove the Modules: Carefully extract the required modules based on your key situation (See the Removal Guide below).
Step 3: Secure Shipping: Package your components safely with plenty of protective padding and ship them to our facility: 2035 Victory Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10314.
Step 4: Fast Turnaround: We perform the data modification and programming, then ship your plug-and-play solution back to you via insured priority mail.

🛠️ BDC REMOVAL GUIDE (STEP-BY-STEP) The BDC is located in the passenger side footwell, behind the right-side kick panel.

Preparation: Lower the driver’s window and safely disconnect the negative battery terminal.
Access: Move the passenger seat back. Pull and remove the plastic trim (kick panel) on the far right of the footwell.
Unplugging: The BDC is the black box containing multiple colored plugs. Release the white/black locking levers on the plugs to carefully disconnect them.
Removal: Remove the 10mm bolt securing the module, then gently slide the BDC out.
DME (All Keys Lost Only): If you have zero working keys, you must also remove the engine computer (DME) located in the engine bay, typically near the battery or intake.
