🛠️ BDC REMOVAL GUIDE (STEP-BY-STEP)

Location: Passenger side footwell (behind the right-side kick panel).

  1. Preparation: Lower the driver’s window and disconnect the negative battery terminal.

  2. Access: Move the passenger seat back. Pull the plastic trim (kick panel) on the far right of the footwell.

  3. Unplugging: The BDC is the black box with many colored plugs. Release the white/black locking levers on the plugs to disconnect them.

  4. Removal: Remove the 10mm bolt securing the module, then slide the BDC out.

  5. DME (If All Keys Lost): The engine computer is located in the engine bay (typically near the battery or intake).
