The Infiniti QX30 is built on a shared platform with the Mercedes-Benz GLA-Class and utilizes the high-security Mercedes-Benz FBS4 electronic ignition system. Because this system is proprietary to Mercedes-Benz architecture, programming requires factory-authorized "handshake" protocols and keys that are typically VIN-coded at the manufacturer level.
⚠️ Important Service Note: We cannot provide programming or replacement keys for the Infiniti QX30 at this time. To obtain a new or spare key for this specific model, you must contact an authorized Infiniti or Mercedes-Benz dealership.

🛠️ Why Dealer-Only? The FBS4 system used in the QX30 features 128-bit encryption that is currently "locked" to independent locksmith tools. Unlike other Infiniti models (like the Q50 or QX60) which we can program in-shop, the QX30 requires a key that is pre-programmed by the factory using your vehicle's specific VIN.
