⚠️ TECHNICAL NOTE: The MEVD17.2.7 typically replaced the earlier MEVD17.2.2. If your vehicle is a 2012 or 2013, it could have either unit. You must verify the part number on the ECU sticker (look for MEVD17.2.7) to ensure this is the correct service for your hardware.

📦 MAIL-IN INSTRUCTIONS

1. Donor Unit: You must supply a replacement ECU with a matching Bosch part number (found on the sticker, typically starting with 0 261 S08... or 0 261 S09...).

2. What to Include:

   • Your Original (damaged) ECU.

   • The Replacement (donor) ECU.

   • A printed and signed Authorization Form.
