Your PAS Immobilizer Module: Carefully remove the module from the vehicle and package it securely. (Alternatively, if you are a technician, you can email us your clean 93C66 dump file).
Ownership Verification: A clear copy of your valid Driver’s License and matching Vehicle Registration/Title. (This is strictly for our security records).
Signed Authorization Form: Security regulations require a signed release form to authorize key generation.
