📦 MAIL-IN REQUIREMENTS & INSTRUCTIONS To successfully perform this service, please carefully package and mail us your PAS module along with the following required documentation:
Your PAS Immobilizer Module: Carefully remove the unit from your vehicle and package it securely with bubble wrap.
Ownership Verification: A clear copy of your valid Driver’s License and matching Vehicle Registration/Title. (This is strictly for our security records to verify ownership).
Signed Authorization Form: Security regulations require a signed release form to authorize cutting a key by the lock and/or programming a key by the module.
